The three-screw pump is a screw-type positive displacement pump.
The characteristics of the three-screw pump include small flow and pressure pulse, small noise and vibration, self-priming ability, difficult screw processing, and the pump has two structures: single suction and double suction.
The liquid transported by the three-screw pump is a lubricating liquid without solid particles, corrosive oils and similar oils. High-viscosity liquids can also be transported after heating and viscosity reduction, and the temperature does not exceed 150°C.
The application scenarios of the three-screw pump are wide, including but not limited to:
Thermal power industry: In the operation of gas turbines and steam turbines, the three-screw pump is used for lubricating oil pumps, fuel delivery pumps, etc. to ensure the smooth operation and safety performance of the machine.
